The Trustee
Mercy Super Pty Ltd is the Corporate Trustee responsible for the operation of the Fund. The Trustee comprises equal numbers of Employer and Member Directors who are responsible for managing the Fund on behalf of all members in accordance with the Trust Deed.
The Principal Employer to the Fund appoints the Employer Directors, whilst Members elect the Member Directors.
The Directors of the Trustee Company are responsible for all issues in relation to the strategic direction of the Fund including administration, investment, and client service where relevant.
Mr Chris Beilby

Chris is currently the Communications Manager at an industry super fund. He has had extensive experience in the superannuation industry having served as Trustee on the large Brisbane City Council superannuation plan for a number of years. Chris took up his position as Director of the Fund Trustee in July 2004.
Ms Cheryl Clayton

Cheryl is the Director of Nursing and Midwifery for Mater Private Hospital. Cheryl took up the position of Director of the Fund Trustee in July 2007.

John recently retired as the Director of Pathology for Mater Health Services. John took up the position of Director of the Fund Trustee in July 2007.
Mr Chris Townend

Chris holds the position of Chief Financial Officer with Sisters of Mercy Brisbane. He has been a Director of the Fund Trustee since July 2009. Chris also operates a successful consultancy.
Mr Brendan O'Farrell

Brendan was involved with the Fund administration and management from 1992-2003. Currently Brendan is the Chief Executive of Intrust Super. He took up his position as Director of the Fund Trustee in July 2004.
